We have over 30 years of experience designing social housing for all household sizes with particular expertise in neighbourhood renewal, where there has been a prominent element of working alongside local resident's groups at the design stage.
Recent work has focused on large master planning works to create new neighbourhoods, coordinating large consultant teams to deliver 'blind-to-tenure,' high specification, low energy, and attractive places with strong identities. We have worked closely with local planning departments and have included an artist in our team on three recent projects. We have completed a great number of other housing developments, from small sustainable refurbishments to family houses, elderly person bungalows and multi storey apartments.
