Over 35 years experience on historic buildings and ecclesiastical conservation work, housing and education. He has won many awards for conservation work and became Cathedral Architect at Lancaster in 1999. He manages a repair programme for over 40 churches/meeting houses throughout Lancashire. He is accredited for conservation work (AABC) for English Heritage funded schemes.
Malcolm Peter KnightDip.Arch, RIBA (RIBA No. 5243917 ARB No. 046414G)
Has wide experience on housing, regeneration, education and conservation work. He currently oversees stock transfer projects and a large number of social housing new build schemes. He is also co-ordinating practice strategies on green and sustainability issues, and is currently working on the feasibility stage of a Passivhaus scheme.

Over 15 years experience on housing projects including supported housing and large-scale developments, and has also worked on a number of conservation projects of varying scales. In addition, Vicky has experience in schools, retail and data centres, and she is an accredited Code Assessor taking a leading role in Sustainable Housing.

Over 15 years experience on large-scale housing, education, conservation work and various adaptations/new build schemes for people with learning/physical disabilities. Extensive Project Management with National Building Contractors. Recently he also completed training as an access auditor for work on buildings under the Disability Discrimination Act.

Rob has 20 years experience across a wide range of sectors covering Urban Design, Conservation, Housing, Religious and Industrial developments, both in the public and private sectors. Recent schemes include masterplanning a social housing development on a 6 acre site in South Manchester, proposals for the refurbishment and extension of a 1903 Arts & Crafts house in Alderley Edge, the restoration and repair of Grade II* Listed Elizabeth Gaskell's House in Manchester funded by English Heritage, and the development of 3 phases of work at Swarthmoor Hall, a Grade II* Elizabethan Hall in Ulverston for the Religious Society of Friends in Britain.
